FAQ 1) Question: What size portraits are there to choose from? Answer: 12x16, 16x20, 18x24, 20x24, and 24x30 2) Question: What type of media is used to produce these portraits? Answer: Oils and high quality portrait canvas. 3) Question: How long does it take to recieve a finished portrait? Answer: Six weeks minimum to recieve your portrait. 4) Question: Will my portrait come with a frame? Answer: Yes, all portraits will be framed with a high quality wood frame and liner. 5) Question: What is the payment procedure? Answer: Checks and money orders are accepted. Fifty percent of the total price of the portrait is required in advanced. A "progress picture" of the work will be supplied during the painting process, with a final picture at the completion of the portrait. Upon receipt of the final payment, we will ship your completed portrait to the address you indicate. 6) Question: How do I place an order? Answer: Contact us at higherimage_1@hotmail.com. We will respond to your e-mail to obtain needed information. You will need to send us an exact image of what you desire painted. The better the image you supply, the better the finished portrait.
